I would highly recommend Worthington. We wanted to put in an egress window to make the basement safer. Through the consultation, scheduling, construction and billing, I was very pleased with the customer service and professionalism of all involved. The options for the project were presented very clearly and made the decision making easy. Scheduling did take a little while, but for understandable circumstances given the demand and the winter weather - however, through it all my questions were promptly answered and I always knew where things stood. Construction was completed on time, and the crew was courteous and extremely hard working. I am pleased with the craftsmanship of the work - and even more so, I was very happy that the crew leveled out the tire marks and laid down grass seed and straw. Finally, billing and payment was easy. Now our basement is safer, plus we have some great natural light in the finished section. I would highly recommend Worthington!
