From the start of planning our egress window installation we felt in great hands with Worthington. The level of professionalism and knowledge was superior to other companies we contacted so there was little hesitation in choosing Worthington. Among the many things that we liked, were the people and their commitment to doing quality work. From the construction crew to the office manager there was a degree of care, attention, and responsiveness that is rare and throughout the process we felt in good hands. The work is noisy and messy, but the crew took every step to keep our home and yard clean and to ensure minimal interruption. The crew was courteous, extremely hardworking, and sensitive to our concerns and needs. Moreover, they were highly communicative during the work to make sure that we were aware of the next steps of the construction, to alert of us potential adjustments to their approach and to ensure that the work was meeting our needs and expectations. The final result was more than we had expected and we could not be happier with how our basement looks and feels.
