Top company with their products and services. They had installed a newer model with cell phone alerts for the sump pump backup unit. The unit was problematic since it would beep from time to time for unknown reasons. Although the beep noise was sometime annoying, the pump worked. Since this was an issue, then came back out and replace the unit with one of the standard units and everything is working now w/o the noise,,, and no extra charge.
