Watertight Basement
We had Sean and his team in to our house to dry up our basement. Every time we had a very hard storm we had water around the bottom perimeter of some of our walls. It even came in the windows. I knew Sean from a nonprofit where I served on the board — we chose Worthington to do a “full encapsulation” and it was quite complex. But his team has deep experience and dried it up tight. In our own home, we did a mini version of that. Now, any water that would come in the walls is channeled down internally in the walls into a new perimeter drain and connected to a commercial sump pump. Our basement smells clean and is bone dry. They installed a drain system in the window wells to also channel that water as well. Sean leads a professional crew. It’s a job done right.

Professional service for a difficult job
Very professional, efficient and competent. Waterproofing a crawl space in a finished basement was very difficult. Had to haul all material in and out of house in buckets. Very hard working crew and left no mess. Kept to their budget and timing. HIgh recommendation.
Quality Egress Install
Worthington did a solid job installing an egress well and window I had already purchased. Nice concrete work and a pump under rocks to control the water. Aesthetically pleasing to boot. I'd hire them again!
Solved a long term issue
Very professional and thorough. We had a problem with water in the basement for years and Worthington was able to diagnose and solve the issue!
They know customer service
Top company with their products and services. They had installed a newer model with cell phone alerts for the sump pump backup unit. The unit was problematic since it would beep from time to time for unknown reasons. Although the beep noise was sometime annoying, the pump worked. Since this was an issue, then came back out and replace the unit with one of the standard units and everything is working now w/o the noise,,, and no extra charge.
Good response time
I reviewed the technicians in another review, but neglected to say a word or two about the folks that you talk with over the phone. The ladies I had the pleasure to speak with were knowledgeable, courteous, and followed up in a short amount of time either by phone or email. I appreciated their patience and assistance.Good going ladies!
How dry I am...
The workers were efficient, thorough, and cleaned up any mess that was made after the work was completed. It was a pleasure working with them.
Egress replacement
We had our existing egress replaced and a pump installed after some leaks. Simply put, these guys know what they're doing. They repaired the existing window well, installed a pump and did some additional work to improve drainage. Very professional crew and outstanding work.
Basement sump
Excellent. Very thorough even with some tricky scenarios. Basement has been dry ever since.
