For several years I've dealt with a leak at the base of my electric panel and struggled to find a solution that would address the issue. Every time there was a heavy rain, or continuous rain over several days, water would intrude into the small basement leading to the garage. A neighbor had a friend recommend Worthington as they had fixed a persistent issue at her house. Their proposal was reasonable and their approach made sense. Prior to scheduling the work the project lead called me to discuss the work to be done. He was onsite with two very experienced and conscientious workers who paid attention to each detail. They assessed the location and dug down to exactly where water was coming into my basement from the outside. They tested the spot to confirm that was the source of the issue. The work extended over a couple of days as the workers wanted to be sure that the materials used were being applied under the right conditions (temperature). Questions I had were addressed at each phase of the project and they tested it again at the end. Throughout the process the worksite was secured so it was not a hazard. To complete the project, they had to pour concrete and they did an excellent job. They were respectful of the property and cleaned up afterwards. Seldom have I encountered workers who were so careful and thorough. I highly recommend this company based on their expertise and the results they achieved.
