Years of having water leaking into the basement had me worried about the foundation. This anxiety came to an end due to the work conducted by the Worthington crew. While it took months for them to get to my project (not a criticism, but a reflection of being in high demand), they installed a french drain within one day. The work was done professionally and actually improved the ascetics of my basement. Since then, no water has leaked in. The crew was polite and respectful, explaining each step of the process. Referring to the delay in getting to my project: This delay was addressed in a lengthy letter explaining and apologizing for the delay. This reflects a deep consideration for their customers. I would strongly recommend Worthington for you basement repair needs.

Worthington saved us! I am 9 months pregnant and my family found ourselves with a foot of water in our basement. Worthington came right out to assess and got work done efficiently. The scheduling team responded to all calls and emails immediately, the workers who completely all the work were very nice and while working kept the house so clean even with having to dig up concrete and our backyard. The owner Shawn was even accessible for a last minute emergency that needing addressing.. have already recommended Worthington to friends and will continue to do so! Thank you Worthington!

I have two reasons for assigning a top rating. #1. The crew is professional, efficient, courteous, friendly, and very neat (really...totally clean). #2. I misunderstood what I had signed up for. Completely my fault. The crew referred me to owner Sean Worthington. Instead of getting 'attitude', I discovered that he obviously is the role model for his workers' professionalism, courtesy and friendliness. He calmly and rationally explained my options, and settled the issue to my full satisfaction. So, my suggestion to you the reader: Use these people.
Professional from start to finish
We always struggled with a wet basement. After interviewing many basement companies and looking for the right team to put my trust in waterproofing our home, a friend recommended I contact Peter Masotti with Worthington. Peter was very knowledgeable and took time in explaining the process. He advised what we needed to complete the job and did not apply any pressure in a typical sales pitch. I contacted Peter several times with follow up questions and he patiently responded each time. At that point I knew I had found the right team to complete the job. The project supervisor (Milton) and his crew were very professional. Work was completed in a timely matter and the job site was clean at all times. Milton had no problem answering questions and was courteous at all times. The crew did a wonderful job. Corinne was always delightful and responded to my questions in a timely manner making the contract process so smooth. Sean, you are true to your word and know exactly what it means to properly waterproof a basement. I never expected an owner of a company to come out to job site to introduce oneself and make sure I, as a customer, was satisfied. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the whole company. I have been meaning to post a review for a while, but was reminded recently how thankful I am for the wonderful work Worthington provided. Our old house had a river running through it when we bought it. Had we not had Worthington waterproof our basement, this summer's rain would have further ruined our foundation and our health with all of the water and potential mode we would have encountered. The Worthington team is honest, hardworking and experienced. They did a fantastic job!!! I recommend this company with 5 stars!
