Excellent Sales and Service
This review is for a basement, closed hydrostatic pressure relief system (french drain), and carbon fiber straps for cinder block walls. The project manager, Polivio, and his crew were prompt every day, took great care of our property, quiet, courteous and clean. Polivio was also very professional in keeping me up to date and answering my questions about the process. I can’t tell you how refreshing that was after some of the horrible experiences we’ve had with other contractors in the past. Salesman, Peter, and owner, Sean, were very patient in working with us and making us feel confident that the job was done properly. We've had no substantial rain yet since the completion on 9/12/19, so I cannot review the system itself until then.

Corrine and Peter were very informative and were always happy to answer any and all of my questions , the workers were so....on point, they were prompt ,went over all floor plans before starting, pointing out everything they would be doing, there wasn't much noise, and my basement was so neat and clean when the job was completed , I would definitely refer Worthington to family, friends and neighbors and best of all the price was very reasonable!

Thoroughly pleased with our basement project. Pete was knowledgeable and helpful during the assessment phase and Polivio was terrific completing the work phase. The crew came on time, were very polite and considerate. All the work done in one day, they cleaned up everything really well, not a single scratch in the house, and they even cleaned up the plants in my garden. Very happy.

From the start of planning our egress window installation we felt in great hands with Worthington. Above and beyond
Years of having water leaking into the basement had me worried about the foundation. This anxiety came to an end due to the work conducted by the Worthington crew. While it took months for them to get to my project (not a criticism, but a reflection of being in high demand), they installed a french drain within one day. The work was done professionally and actually improved the ascetics of my basement. Since then, no water has leaked in. The crew was polite and respectful, explaining each step of the process. Referring to the delay in getting to my project: This delay was addressed in a lengthy letter explaining and apologizing for the delay. This reflects a deep consideration for their customers.
