Couldn't Be Happier
The Worthington crew did an outstanding job in our basement. We had a French drain and sump pump installed and our basement has been dry ever since. What a relief! Each step of the process was easier than the next. The estimate was on target, Corrinne (in the office) was extremely helpful and did her best to schedule our work quickly, and the guys who did the work didn't leave a speck of dust. We truly can't recommend Worthington highly enough!
Excellent Sales and Service
This review is for a basement, closed hydrostatic pressure relief system (french drain), and carbon fiber straps for cinder block walls. The project manager, Polivio, and his crew were prompt every day, took great care of our property, quiet, courteous and clean. Polivio was also very professional in keeping me up to date and answering my questions about the process. I can’t tell you how refreshing that was after some of the horrible experiences we’ve had with other contractors in the past. Salesman, Peter, and owner, Sean, were very patient in working with us and making us feel confident that the job was done properly. We've had no substantial rain yet since the completion on 9/12/19, so I cannot review the system itself until then.
Excellent Work!
Corrine and Peter were very informative and were always happy to answer any and all of my questions , the workers were so....on point, they were prompt ,went over all floor plans before starting, pointing out everything they would be doing, there wasn't much noise, and my basement was so neat and clean when the job was completed , I would definitely refer Worthington to family, friends and neighbors and best of all the price was very reasonable!

Thoroughly pleased with our basement project. Pete was knowledgeable and helpful during the assessment phase and Polivio was terrific completing the work phase. He was punctual, professional, efficient, and made sure the area was cleaned up afterwards. I definitely recommend Worthington and would use them again.

The crew came on time, were very polite and considerate. All the work done in one day, they cleaned up everything really well, not a single scratch in the house, and they even cleaned up the plants in my garden. Very happy.
Exceeded our expectations
From the start of planning our egress window installation we felt in great hands with Worthington. The level of professionalism and knowledge was superior to other companies we contacted so there was little hesitation in choosing Worthington. Among the many things that we liked, were the people and their commitment to doing quality work. From the construction crew to the office manager there was a degree of care, attention, and responsiveness that is rare and throughout the process we felt in good hands. The work is noisy and messy, but the crew took every step to keep our home and yard clean and to ensure minimal interruption. The crew was courteous, extremely hardworking, and sensitive to our concerns and needs. Moreover, they were highly communicative during the work to make sure that we were aware of the next steps of the construction, to alert of us potential adjustments to their approach and to ensure that the work was meeting our needs and expectations.
