Price Assurance Qualification Process
All competing bids offered for comparison must be presented to WBHS in writing prior to the completion of the contracted job. All competing bids will be reviewed by the WBHS Chief Production Manager, and all decisions of equality of scope will be at his sole discretion, and will be final.
